Full material traceability for material from approved steel makers with QTR, NACE certificate for our service,

Test documents may include: Full NDT of weldings, Dye Penetrant Test of material, pressure test, coating examination all performed by certified operators.
We have a quality system
certified according to ISO 9001: 2008. As welding is an important part of
the instrument, we are also certified according to EN 3834-2. We
are certified according to the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 23/97 EC
Module H. We also hold a quality certificate issued by Achilles and
DP flow is one of the most
studied and best understood flow technologies due to its simplicity and
importance. This bare bone technology is World wide accepted and supported by
millions of successful installations. Instrument companies are continuing to
bring out new and improved transmitters, including multi variable
transmitters, supporting and extending the utility of DP flow.
DP flow meters
The main type of flow meters for gas and liquid is the FLEMCO type and for the
steam it is the STEEMCO type. They are mounted between flanges from DN 50 to DN
400. All types have a 4-20 mA analogue output signal, but also have the
possibility of serial communication with HART.
Above DP flow meter are for
volumetric flow. Models for mass flow for gas and saturated and superheated
steam are available.
Classical venturi tubes are manufactured in 3 different versions: machined,
welded sheet, and as cast. Process connections are flanges, butt weld ends or
hubs for clamp connections. With single pressure tappings or annular
Venturi nozzle for high
pressure and temperature applications. Widely used for steam flow measurement.
Supplied in materials including 13CrMo4-5, 10CrMo9-10 and F91.
ISA 1932 nozzle with single
pressure tappings or annular chambers. Offers higher accuracy but has also
higher pressure loss than the venturi nozzle.
For flow measurement of liquid, steam and gasses. The averaging pitot
tube is mounted diametically across the pipe. The probe of
the averaging pitot tube has holes spaced centrally within concentric
rings of equal areas. Sizes from DN50 (2") to DN 8000 (320") and
pressure ratings up to PN 400 (2500 lbs). It has a flange mounting style
for easy and correct mounting. The averaging pitot tube is manufactured from
solid bar in a great variety of mechanic able materials reaching from stainless
steel to Hastelloy, 254 SMO, Inconel, Titanium and Duplex steel. Simple
Construction but still strong and ridged for highflow velocities and high
differential pressures. Models are available as retractable under pressure.
accuracy measurement of conductivities with EMCO Conductivity Analyzers. With
its industrial design and various selections of materials and mounting options
available, the sensor offers high flexibility to suit customer’s requirements.
